These terms govern your use of Interview Reps, operated by [operator legal name]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Interview Reps.

The beta

Interview Reps is in a private beta, free of charge, and offered by invitation. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the beta may end. We will try to give notice before ending it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure.

Acceptable use

• Use Interview Reps for your own interview practice.
• Do not attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or automate requests.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, that you do not have the right to share, or that contains other people’s sensitive personal information.

AI feedback

Feedback on written answers is generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. It is practice feedback, not professional career, legal or hiring advice. Interview Reps does not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer. AI feedback may be limited or unavailable at times.

If you upload a resume, the details extracted from it are also generated by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you confirm them; nothing extracted is used until you do. Upload only your own resume, and only content you are comfortable having processed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the answers, feedback messages and resume content you provide. You give us permission to store and process them to provide and improve the service, including sending written answers to our AI provider when you request feedback and resume text when you opt in to resume personalization, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our content

The lessons, exercises and design of Interview Reps belong to [operator legal name]. You may use them for your personal practice.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
